About This Role

TROT is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality adaptive riding lessons to individuals with diverse needs, promoting physical, emotional, and social development through our therapeutic riding program. TROT is a PATH mentoring center and can assist a qualified applicant in obtaining CTRI certification during employment (within first 120 days).

Qualifications

PATH Intl. CTRI certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
Experience teaching horsemanship and mounted lessons
Experience working with students with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Paid training and on-the-job training provided
