About This Role

BITS ETC is seeking a compassionate, skilled instructor to provide safe, effective, and engaging therapeutic riding lessons. This role can be full-time or part-time depending on availability. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs through the power of horses.

Qualifications

PATH Intl. CTRI certification ($20–$22/hr) or non-certified with experience ($17–$19/hr)
Experience providing therapeutic riding lessons
Strong horsemanship and safety skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work 20–40 hours per week
